[otrs] enable debug

Hi
Can sombody help me how to enable debug? I want to send a mail to a customer and when I click sedn I get the following message:
ERROR: OTRS-CGI-07 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Mon Nov  5 15:05:51 2007

Message: Can't send to: mail at somwhere.com! Enable debug for more info!

I’m able to send mails to this domain but only to other mailboxes.
