[otrs] Creating a new user agent (Postgres, Mac OSX)

Wondering if this is related to the architecture. I have an Intel  
machine and all modules installed very easily. Actually, the  
instructions are very well written. I hardly took any time (except for  
whatever was required to install the perl modules) to get my login  
screen and log in as root.

I hope I know what I am doing wrong. I can create groups and roles,  
just not users.
