[otrs] Backup and Restore - OTRS running on FreeBSD

I was just looking for confirmation that the same scripting provided for Linux will work for FreeBSD. We are going to try the process tomorrow.

What?? Are you saying the 'backup' script isn't working under freebsd?  What shell are you using?
