[otrs] AD Single Sign On

I understand that it is mainly kerberos + Apache Configuration

In the past I have setup samba + kerberos for Single Sign On with AD. It 
is laborious if it is your first time with kerberos. (Windows AD uses 
kerberos for Authentication and Single Sign On).
