[otrs] Postmasterfilter failed => where is the mail?

That's because Fetchmail is able to mark fetched mails as "seen", so
they are skipped in the future. Unfortunately, the PostmasterPOP3 Script
isn't able to handle this particular flag, so it deletes fetched mails
From the server after a successfull download to avoid to fetch it again
on the next run.
