[otrs] Can not send email to customer

Hi everybody,
I have installed the OTRS 2.2, and then have configed send all email using
SMTP relay via the graphical administration frontend.
Now I try to send an email for a ticket, I get an error message as below,
Software error:
Unknown callback: 'authname'. (user|auth|language|pass)
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address
given]<%5Bno%20address%20given%5D>),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
What's happen? why?
I have tested the SMTP server via an email client, it works, so I don't know
why can not send email.
BTW, I have checked the Perl Modules by use the script otrss.checkModules,
reponse result information as below:
