Use a procmail rule on your pop/imap account

$SYS_HOME/var/INBOX.Backup.$MONTHFOLDER

look at :
/opt/otrs/.procmailrc

or by a .forward rule:

#cat/home/username/.forward
\username, otrsadress at example.com
