[otrs] define Customer Data Fields in Config.pm

Hallo,

i want to have more Data Fields for the Customers, Telephone Number and Cost Unit.
I tried to Paste and modify the Code from the Admin manual, Part 11.2.1, but that does not work on my system ( Windows XP, OTRS 2.2-Installer )

On the First Run of the Script i get an internal Server Error:
[error] [client 172.20.90.50] Unrecognized character \\xE2 at D:/OTRS22/otrs//Kernel/Config.pm line 82.\nCompilation failed in require at D:/OTRS22/Perl/site/lib/Apache2/Reload.pm line 175.\n, referer: http://war801084:82/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketPhone

And on the Following Runs:
[error] [Tue Sep 11 14:20:08 2007] -e: Can't locate object method "new" via package "Kernel::Config" at D:/OTRS22/otrs//Kernel/System/Web/InterfaceAgent.pm line 74.\n

My Lines 81 to 83 are:
$Self->{CustomerUser} = {
Name => 'Datenbank Quelle',
Module => 'Kernel::System::CustomerUser::DB',

Can you help me?
