[otrs] Ticket deadline

Although I like OTRS for helpdesk-like activities I'd look into Trac  
for software development. You can set milestones in Trac and add  
tickets to certain milestones. Pretty nice (plus Trac has a wiki and  
Subversion integration and a lot of plugins available). I wouldn't  
know how to get all this software development specific functionality  
in OTRS, though that doesn't mean it's not possible.
