[otrs] Cannot create FAQ Categories

Hi Nick,

If you click on the FAQ button you should get some new buttons on top of
the screen. Mine starts out (from left to right) with logout, explorer,
new article and so on. If you click on the button 'category' you should
see the FAQ category screen. Here you can add a new categories and
manage existing categories....
