The archives themselves don't have a search function (you could file a  
bug report about this), but you can use Google by adding
"site:lists.otrs.org" to your query for instance. You could add  
"inurl:dev" to only return results that have dev in the URL (so you  
can search the dev list posts). See http://www.google.com/help/operators.html 
  for more operators you can use to find what you're looking for.
