[otrs] Changing the customer interface (logo, company name, footer, etc)

This question has been answered numerous times before. You can edit  
the .dtl templates in ~otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/<theme-name>/. You  
probably want to edit CustomerHeader.dtl and CustomerFooter.dtl. To  
prevent upgrades from overwriting your changes it's better to copy the  
Standard theme and make your changes to the copy and use that theme.
