This has been answered a lot of times. See chapter 14 'Creating own  
themes' in the docs: http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/c1784.html Edit  
css.dtl in your new theme for the colors and edit CustomerHeader.dtl  
to put your logo in the header (or edit CustomerFooter.dtl in you want  
it in the footer, etc.).
