Otherwise OTRS is not updatable.
-> Better create an own theme.
Make a copy of the standard, change whatever you need and select it in the config.

Hi Ali,

unfortunately you'll have to edit the .dtl files.

CustomerFooter.dtl 
CustomerFooterSmall.dtl
CustomerHeader.dtl 
CustomerHeaderSmall.dtl
CustomerLogin.dtl
and so on....

Those files are located in $PREFIX/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard
or whatever the directory name is if you use a theme of your own.
