[otrs] A form per queue. Is it possible?

The header is not supposed to be exactly X-OTRS-TicketKey1. That is an  
example value put there to show that you can use many different X-OTRS- 
<something> headers.

If you want to assign a ticket to a specific queue, then you set the  
header X-OTRS-Queue to the name of the queue you wish to assign your  
ticket to.
