You might want to file a bug at http://bugs.otrs.org/. Also 'send' in  
that second sentence should be 'sent', 'ticke' should be 'ticket' and  
'receifed' should be 'received'. There are probably a lot more errors  
in the docs as the devs are mainly German people, I believe. If the  
docs were wiki-style it would be easier to help.
