[otrs] DB error?!

Neither myself or root show up under User Management, but both can login.
Yet, both myself and root show up in Users <-> Groups Management. 

The test customer doesn't show up under Customer Users, and can't login.
Yet, It does show up under Customer Users <-> Services.


Any help would be appreciated. I'm completely baffled as to what is going on!
