[otrs] Re: newbie needs help with notifications

This threw me off too way back when I installed otrs 2.0.4 many moons
ago...perhaps a nice way to make it easier so others don't make same
mistake(and keep asking same question) is to have some bold italicized
text that say "Make sure to SELECT all queues otherwise you won't
receive notifications"....

Thanks! That was it.  I saw the list of queues in the box earlier and
assumed 
they were active - I didn't realize I had to select them first.
