[otrs] statistics in otrs 2.2.2

Somebody can prompt how correctly to make statistics in otrs? Namely, 
interests how basically to choose parameters? For example it is 
interesting to me, how many tickets the certain user has closed.. I need 
to choose What parameters and what restrictions? If it is possible, 
result screenshots.
