[otrs] attachment to auto-reply, spell checker in windows and blackberry

Hi,

Decided to merge three questions in one mail:

1) Is anyone aware of a BlackBerry optimized template (and if so can I
have that)?

2) Is anyone running OTRS in Windows with a spellchecker enabled?

3) Can I add an attachment to an auto-response or did anyone create some
code for that already?
