[otrs] Error when sending SMTP

Apologies my last attempt at this message failed to make it through.

Hello All,

I am attempting to get a windows OTRS 2.2.5 installation working for evaluation.
I have configured my POP3 and SMTP settings and although I can receive emails I get this error when trying to reply.

I have tested this does work for this installation with a different SMTP mail account.
How can I find what is going wrong here?
