OTRS doesn't have this. I believe OTRS::ITSM might have some features  
in that direction. The ITSM documentation is here: http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/1.0/en/html/

I know that OCS Inventory NG can do things like that, but that won't  
integrate with OTRS AFAIK: http://www.ocsinventory-ng.org/
