[otrs] Invalid or invalid temporarily?

Dear All,

Is there can I configure about invalid or invalid temporarily part? This is
because occurred that one of my queue already invalid temporarily but
somehow it pop up again in my queue. I figured it out when I do made reports
and I've invalid it again. Help me!
