[otrs] OTRS error on WAMP env

Hello, man!

I've come across this issued upon trying to install that on my WAMP
environment. That's because the default OTRS log mode is "SysLog", which
would fine if it was a LAMP system.

You should add the following lines to you Config.pm


# ---------------------------------------------------- #

# fs root directory

# ---------------------------------------------------- #

$Self->{'LogModule::LogFile'} 
$Self->{'LogModule'} That will change this default behavior. That should work, or at least yield
some other kind of error! :P

At the time I couldn't use the provided installer package, because I already
had both Apache and MySQL running on my server.
