The best way to install a module that is available on CPAN is to call 
"cpan modulename" (here: cpan IO::Socket::SSL) on commandline. When this 
is the first run of the cpan tool, you have to configure the tool. This 
may take a few minutes, but at the next run you do not have to do this 
again...
