Hi there,

You can change it in the *.dtl file.

AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl

You should make your own theme or else this file will be overwriten
everytime you run an update on OTRS Framework.

Hi there,

I changed the name of the system and it is a longer one than the previous
one … the fact is that it takes now two lines on the black line (on the top
of the screen) but there is room for the new name in one line.

Is there a way I can parameter this via the sysconfig?
