[otrs] user definable ticket type localisation

Hi Norbert,

per default it's not possible to translate ticket types. OTRS is handling it like a queue or a free text field (not translated).

We plan to support this kind of localization for future OTRS releases (about 3.2 or later, it's not scheduled right now).
