If you need to match all tickets, a '*' in the ticket number field is required now. Notes: ====== I. Database structure needs to be extended if you already use OTRS 2.2.1 To increase the performance for escalations we needed to add new tables to the database. We do everything to avoid altering the DB structure in patch releases, but in this there was no way around it. If you perform a fresh installation or upgrade from OTRS 2.1 to 2.2.2 here is nothing special do. Just follow the instructions as descibed in the documentation for installation or upgrade. If you are upgrading from 2.2.x to 2.2.2 you need to run the DBUpdate-to-2.2.2.sql script (in the scripts folder) to add the new tabled to your database. II. Changed configuration options for LDAP user mapping With the 2.2 release, we cleaned up the LDAP configuration to increase consistency. However we missed to provide a fallback to the old scheme. This fallback is in place now. We strongly encourage you to adopt the new scheme.
