Dear community members,

we are very proud to announce today the release of the fourth beta version of OTRS Help Desk 3.3.0, OTRS::ITSM 3.3.0 (Release 3.3: Sunrise Beach Ko Lipe) as well as the patch level release of OTRS Help Desk 3.2.11 the Extension MasterSlave 1.4.1. Also we release today the the second beta version of the FAQ module 2.3.0, the first beta versions of the Survey 2.3.0, the iPhone Handle 1.3.0 and the TimeAccounting 2.3.0 module.
