ENHANCEMENTS:
=============

* We have now two versions of the Windows installer, one 
  version with StawberryPerl and without CGI acceleration,
  and a version of a custom compiled perl (OTRSperl) with
  mod_perl as CGI accelerator. The last one is faster, but
  still considered beta.
* otrs-2.4.6-win-installer-2.2.0beta6.exe moved away from
  StrawberryPerl to self-compiled perl 5.10.0 to solve 
  mod_perl issues. The version contains database drivers for
  MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server, as well as all
  other modules you would need to run OTRS.
* Added Ukrainian language translation, thanks to Belskii Artem!
* The OTRS web installer is a useful interface for initial setups.
  We have now also added support for FastCGI environments.

KNOWN ISSUES: 
=============

* otrs-2.4.6-win-installer-2.2.0beta6.exe release has passed 
  testing but has not been deployed at many sites yet. If you 
  want more stability please choose the 2.1.1 version of the 
  installer, which is more tested, but slower (because it does
  not have mod_perl).

* Bug# 4551 - When editing GenericAgent jobs the GenericAgent 
              appends leading zeros to months for dates in 
              search criteria when TimeInputFormat is set to 
              "Input".

              in the admin interface for user management were 
              not correct (but worked fine in the user 
              preferences).

* Bug# 4361 - Umlauts in Dashboard were not displayed correctly
              after refresh when using a non-Unicode database.

              server errors when accessing some links in

              answers were replaced with "?" when using 
              ArticleStorageFS.

              lines in plain text email bodies.

              ticket if the Rich Text Editor was disabled.

              to old tickets the text 'No quotable message'
              appeared instead of the old message text.

              check text if it contained http:// links.

              raised, but the change was not carried out.

JOINT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE: 'CHANGE MANAGEMENT'
=================================================

Change Management, the next ITIL process to be implemented in
the OTRS::ITSM 2.0 standard is planned to be realized Feb 01, 2010.
OTRS::ITSM 2.0 including the Change Management module will be 
provided to investors only until the remaining amount of 
57,500 EUR which has to be covered by investors/user organizations
has been collected. If your company is interested in joining the 
initiative and get the Change Management right from the start 
please contact us: ready-for-take-off at otrs.com

After having finished the financing process of OTRS::ITSM 2.0
including the new Change Management module it will be
published under the AGPL and for sure remains free of any
license fees.
