as we are constantly working on making OTRS more accessible and easier to install, we are very proud to announce the first beta release of the OTRS Appliance today.
Enjoy the following features:
- Includes all necessary components (operating system, database, webserver, etc.)
- Download OTRS as an ISO image, burn it on a CD-ROM and boot your system from the CD to install OTRS on a native hardware
- Can be installed as a virtual machine based on the virtualization
software "Oracle VM VirtualBox", or on virtualization software solutions
provided by other vendors,
