ENHANCEMENTS:
=============

* Updated French translation, thanks to Remi Seguy!
* Updated Spanish translation, thanks to Gustavo Azambuja and
  Emiliano Augusto!
* Windows Installer: Disabled spell checker by default. Because
  the Windows Installer does not ship with any dictionary libraries,
  the OTRS spell checker is now disabled. If you'd want to use the
  spell checker, you can install the dictionaries and activate it
  manually.

FIXED BUGS:

===========

* Bug# 4233 - Attaching a file in the AgentTicketCompose
              screen did not cause a reset of the 'state'.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4233 ]

* Bug# 4257 - Queue updates did not trigger event-based
              notifications.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4257 ]

* Bug# 4232 - The spellchecker did not work in the customer
              interface.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4232 ]

* Bug# 4255 - Multipart messages with text/plain and text/
              HTML were always using the HTML to present an
              article in the TicketZoom, even if the Rich
              Text Editor is disabled. RichText is not
              coupled with RichTextViewing i.e. Rich Text
              is shown, even if the text/plain MIME part is
              available. As soon as RichText is turned off,
              text/plain will be displayed. This option
              can be switched back by using the config
              option Ticket::Frontend::ZoomRichTextForce".
              This option allows to enable RichTextViewing
              even if RichText is disabled.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4255 ]

* Bug# 4292 - Using the email tag: "" in the body caused
              the loss of text when splitting the ticket.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4292 ]

* Bug# 4189 - The Rich Text editor inserted a blank line
              in every text editor field per default.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4189 ]

* Bug# 4188 - Moving emails (for example to a junk queue)
              forced the agent to create a subject as well
              as a body entry in the move note.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4188 ]

* Bug# 2087 - AgentTicketMove screen did not check against
              the permissions set by the 'responsible'
              feature.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2087 ]

* Bug# 4226 - The "previous owner" list was deleted when a
              a new owner was defined.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4226 ]

* Bug# 4355 - The SLA dropdown box in the AgentTicketEmail
              mask remained empty when selecting a service.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4355 ]

* Bug# 4348 - The calendar 'Upcoming Events' in the Dashboard
              was not cached on a per-user basis which
              caused the presentation of events that were
              not related to the user that was currently
              logged in.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4348 ]

* Bug# 4248 - In some cases the follow-up email contained
              the ticketnumber twice.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4248 ]

* Bug# 3793 - There was an UTF-8 PostgreSQL database encoding
              issue (handling broken charset emails) on
              incoming emails.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3793 ]

Bug# 3789 - Windows Installer: PPM and CPAN for the Strawberry
              Perl environment didn't work. To solve this, we
              switched to Strawberry Perl-Portable. Now you can
              use PPM and CPAN to install any additional Perl
              packages you would need.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3789 ]

Bug# 3926 - Windows Installer: SSL libraries were not included
              in the Windows Installer. The Windows Installer
              now ships with all the modules needed for SSL
              communication with mail servers (SMTPS, IMAPS and
              POP3S is now possible).
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3926 ]

Bug# 3692 - Windows Installer: Apache crashes when URL is
              incorrect. When a non-existing URL was requested,
              such as http://localhost/otrs/invalid.pl, this
              would cause Apache to crash. To avoid this from
              happening, the Windows Installer now does not
              include mod_perl. See also: Known Issues.
              [ http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3692 ]

KNOWN ISSUE:

============

When upgrading from OTRS 2.4.x to 2.4.5, you may get an error
message in the ticket create or add note screen: "Navigation
bar FullSpell is not existing", just empty your browser cache
(i.e restart your browser).

Windows Installer:

Bug# 4270 -   mod_perl is disabled. This causes sub-optimal
              performance. You might not want to use this version
              of the Windows installer for a production system. We're
              working on a solution for this issue. To circumvent
              this you might do a manual installation, for instance
              with ActiveState Perl or perform an installation on a
              non-windows platform. For testing and evaluation of
              OTRS, this Windows Installer will still prove useful.
