We do not recommend to use OTRS 2.4.0 beta5 for running operations. The stable release is planned to be published 2009-07-20. In order to provide a high quality software, we had to postpone the formerly announced stable release date 2009-07-01 due to some issues with the new WYSIWYG editor. We apologize for the inconvience!
