This is the stable release of OTRS 2.2, and contains some bug fixes next to updates regarding the translation files. For a complete list see below. The OTRS team recommends all OTRS 2.1.X users to upgrade to OTRS 2.2.1. OTRS 2.2.1 is published parallelly to the stable release of OTRS::ITSM 1.0. The stable release of OTRS 2.2.1. forms the operational basis for the first Open Source and ITIL compliant IT service management solution OTRS::ITSM 1.0, its incident management, problem management and configuration management modules and the integrated CMDB. Changes: ======== * Added some build in caches to Service, SQL, Queue and Valid core modules to reduce the amount of sql queries (saves ~ 10% of queries in the queue view). * Fixed bug# 1998 - Error with the web installer if no utf8 database is selected.
