We need you as a CONSULTANT. --------------------------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES - introducing our ticket system to customers and future customers - product presentations - offer presentations - give technical and conceptional advice to customers. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - loves being a consultant and giving advice - enthusiastic about challenges - technological know-how - experience in the field of ticket systems - basic knowledge of Linux and MS Windows (web servers such as Apache, IIF) - experienced in working with at least one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle - basic knowledge of html - willing to work and travel flexible hours to meet customers’ demands - team player finding it easy to integrate him/herself - fluent business English (German will not be a handicap ;-) - true open source enthusiast 3. We need you as a Software Developer --------------------------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES - developing customized software modules THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - extensive knowledge of and experience with LAMP systems - experienced in the field of open ticket request systems - good knowledge of LDAP, MySQL, html, Linux and Bash - experienced with PHP/Perl. - knowledgeable in the field of OTRS module developing - knowledge of the OTRS architecture - team player finding it easy to integrate him/herself - good knowledge of English (German will not be a handicap ;-) - true open source enthusiast LOCATION You will be working in either of our offices in Southern Germany – in Straubing (near Munich) or in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt).
