HI,
I added two fields namely “Location” and “issue” in the “compose mail” of customer interaction page through
Core::TicketFreeText abd also configured “Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew” . Now when ever im newly composing
an email from customer end , I could see location and issue with the values I mentioned in
Core::TicketFreeText .
But CustomerTicketMessage.dtl code is not getting updated whatever I modified in through GUI.
Is this the functionality of OTRS? How can I rearrange the order of these fields of compose mail page?
