
Hello Martin, A dashboard sound great! Here are some ideas that pop in to my head: - my open tickets (owner/responsible) - tickets that are escalating (my and all) - tickets that have a follow up (my and all) - total time written on tickets per day per user And of course customizable by the user and by the admin for a group.
