It's basically no development question. Anyway... =:) I guess you are using OTRS 2.3.2. There was a bug for generic agent jobs regarding this issue. http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3315 This is fixed in OTRS 2.3.3 and higher.
