How do I include a dtl template inside another template? I want to create a template with multiple links. When a link is clicked it will call a second template that will display inside the first template underneath the links. Both of these templates will be displayed under the agent navigation bar. Example (Imaginge you are looking the OTRS agent interface): -------------------------------------- OTRS -------------------------------------- Logout Queue View Phone View..... -------------------------------------- New Template -------------------------------------- Link1 Link2 Link3 Link4......
