We started receiving this error message. When did you started receiving this messages? Did you change any config option? After which action does this error message appear? error OTRS-CGI-10 Need ID or Name! This could have many reasons, perhaps you renamed a state or anything else. Email notifications are not being received either. For what actions isn't send a notification? New ticket, or follow up, or password change, or ...? Do you know of a resolution to this? Not yet. ;) We are using OTRS 1.3. Thanks!
