[dev] Small patch to ticket thread history

Hi all, Please find attached a simple patch which includes the From: address when viewing a ticket. This lets you see the address that a piece of correspondance comes from without searching through all of the various messages associated with a ticket. I'd appreciate feedback. Thanks!
