In the agent frontend we have defined the following queue structure with one group per queue (queue 1 is attributed to group1).
queue 1 subqueue1
queue 2 subqueue2 [...] How do we display subqueues in customer view?
If you use CustomerPanelOwnSelection you have to define any queue you use in the customer panel. Also subqueus.
