-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Martin, how is it goin'?
Some RFC: I'd appreciate some possibility where the OTRS community can share such themes or other add-ons or any other improvements. I think otrs.org would be just the perfect place. What do you think?
That sounds very good. Some kind of http://addons.otrs.org/ would be fine (like http://addons.mozilla.org/). It also would need some software behind this url to manage accounts/projects, ... do you have also some ideas for this? ;)
I thought Drupal (http://drupal.org/) might be an approach. It's a CMS which has been used for many community portals, discussion sites and so called 'socal networking' web stuff - of course it's also open source and distributed under the GPL :). Unfortunately I haven't had the time to have a closer look for a deeper evaluation. Any other suggestions? BTW: I like the look of the new otrs.de website. It's so ...relaxing. cYa, Torsten - -- Torsten Thau, Dipl. Inform. c.a.p.e.
