No, not at present. It could be changed but a queue structure deeper 
then 4 levels will be confusing in our opinion.
I agree, but one of our teams, who use OTRS, would like to have 5
levels. :-/ Can that change be done via SysConfig or major code must be
changed too? I'd change it by myself if you would tell me where to look
for it.
