No I do not have the plugin KIX4OTRS, when I try to install I get the error
can not call method "GetRegisteredCustomPackages" on an undefined value at C :/ PROGRA ~ 1/OTRS/OTRS/KIXCore/Kernel/Output/HTML/LayoutLoader.pm line 576.

I solved it by changing the value in CustomerFrontend :: Module # # # CustomerFAQExplorer and CustomerFrontend :: Module###CustomerFAQSearch restricting access to authorized
groups (eg admin).
What do you think is correct?
