Hi, One of our customers has it's own first line helpdesk. For the services we provide we need an interface to their system (peragrine) for retrieving incidents and obviously closing them in their system once we closed them in OTRS. Has anyone already worked on such an interface or wants to work on it with us? Regards, Freerk
