We have two Feature Add-Ons available that provide this functionality. We have HideShow DynamicFields for OTRS 3.1 and up: http://www.otrs.com/en/software/otrs-help-desk/features/otrs-feature-add-ons... and there's a similar package for OTRS 3.0 which handles free text fields. -- Mike
