Hi Johannes, unfortunately AgentTicketZoom is rendered several times to get different parts of the page (for example the article tree), IIRC. I am not sure if this can be prevented. You could try saving a flag in $TicketObject->{_My$Filter_AlreadyRan} or so that you use to identify the subsequent filter runs (it's a hack, I know). I created a small Outputfilter for the AgentTicketZoom and it gets started 3 times, always with the same template. The other templates are fine. Any ideas on that?
OTRS Version is 4.0.5.
