The release that my client uses is 2.1.5. So, maybe this error can be a corrected bug. But I didn't find nothing about that. Somebody know something about this error?
Please have a look into your webserver error log. I looks like your customer lost articles for some tickets. :-/ So if you find in your webserver error log something like "No article found for TicketID XXX!", then you will be sure that some articles are lost. You need to "find" it or you need to delete the tickets without articles.
