1) OTRS.de is not supposed to give any support, as this is free software. The large majority of open source software available on the Internet is totally unsupported: use it as it is and be kind with the authors if you want to use things free.
I think this is not right any more. Many projects create support lines to get their money for further development. And if anybody made such a line, than it should be opened for anybody.
2) Any skilled programmer is able to help you, and I'm sure that posting on the right mailing list you'll find someone to hire for your purposes.
I searched on any mailing list which is related with otrs and did not found any solution. Perhaps I'm not able to search or read ;-)
3) If this software doesn't work for you, learn how to fix it yourself or choose another product.
If you are a genius, than you have my full respect. I program in 5 languages and this is enough for me at the moment, so I don't want to learn perl at the moment as well as I need to correct this problem for myself ;-)
4) If your problem is upgrading libdbd_mysql-perl, just downgrade it.
Because of knowing the source of the problem, I also knew the solution and I downgraded it already.
6) The problem is probably unrelated to OTRS itself but I think it depends on your system/Perl/libdbd package/whatever.
I only made a statement, so that other people with the same problem know what to do.
7) Asking things in the appropriate mailing list (otrs@otrs.org) is a better idea in order to get support from the community.
I don't think, this was a userlist problem .... .... And searching the user list show me some equal problems not solved .... Regards ... Alexander
